Words and Passion
Trish Jackson
Trish Jackson grew up on a farm in Zimbabwe, Africa, which sparked a love of adventure and suspense, and being a romantic at heart, she writes romantic suspense. She also has a good sense of humor and her Redneck P.I. Series include romance, suspense and a good dose of politically incorrect comedy.
She moved to the U.S. in 1990, loves country living, horse riding, chocolate and all animals.
Trish's passion is helping the innocents of the world - children, the elderly, the mentally challenged, and animals. They always feature in her writing. Her stories are set in small towns, where the people enjoy country values, and the pace of life is a little slower.

Deadly Pleasures
Megan Riley has bigger things to worry about than the fact that a fellow Yacht Club Member has been found dead--in bed--with a hooker! Her engagement has just ended, and she is once again on a quest to find Mr. Right-or at least Mr. Right Now. Tired of their cheating men, and ready for a new adventure, Megan and her three best friends make a fateful decision. They hire hunky stripper Michael Harrington as their timeshare boytoy--unaware he is the prime suspect in a series of gruesome murders.
Suddenly, they find themselves involved in a complicated murder investigation led by a handsome detective who is focused only on finding the twisted serial killer before he strikes again. But who will be the next to die? Megan, the hardworking real estate agent; newly divorced Kathleen; Alex, married to a wealthy businessman; or Rachel, the spurned wife of a hot Hollywood screenwriter?
Sandra Nachlinger
Born and raised in Dallas, Texas, Sandy has been writing one thing or another since childhood. People tell her she still has her Texas accent, but she thinks they’re the ones who talk funny.
When not writing, Sandy likes to quilt, read, sew, garden, take photos, lunch with friends, and (like Granny in her most recent book, Bluebonnets for Elly) spend as much time as possible with her granddaughter. She also enjoys eavesdropping on conversations at restaurants, parks, and other public places, so be careful what you say around her. It may end up in her next book!
Bluebonnets for Elly
When Elly moves to Shannon Ridge, Texas, she expects to fill her days helping her grandmother—doling out medications and running errands. Still smarting from her fiancé’s betrayal, the last thing she needs or wants is a man, especially a good lookin’ one. She’s been down that road before.
Derek White’s wife left him without a word, and he’s reluctant to make the same mistake twice. But Granny Macauley’s granddaughter sure is tempting. He still doesn’t understand why Jeanette left him, so how can he explain that to another woman? And can he be sure he’s legally free?
Granny says some things come along only once and you have to grab them while you can. But when Derek’s past threatens and Elly’s ex-fiancé reappears, she must decide—give her former love a second chance or gamble on a man whose history may ruin everything.
